About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packing Supervisor (Night Shift) to oversee the packaging operations in our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth line operations, adherence to GMP standards, and timely execution of production schedules during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all packing activities during the night shift to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure proper line clearance, batch start-up, and line operations as per SOP and GMP standards.
• Monitor packing line performance and minimize downtime through proactive planning and issue resolution.
• Verify batch records, labels, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all personnel follow safety, hygiene, and EHS guidelines at all times.
• Maintain adequate inventory of packing materials and coordinate with stores for replenishment.
• Conduct in-process checks for quality parameters and coordinate with QA for approvals.
• Train and guide packing operators and helpers to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Report shift performance, downtime, and manpower utilization to the Production Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm with 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharma regulatory standards.
• Hands-on experience in blister, bottle, strip, or carton packing lines.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills with the ability to manage night shift manpower effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine and process issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to regulated environments (USFDA, WHO-GMP, MHRA, etc.).
• Familiarity with automated packing systems and labeling machines.
• Knowledge of EHS and line clearance protocols.

Competitive; commensurate with experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,784.05 per month
