Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Section Engineer to join our team at the Packing Plant of Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials and experience working with cement.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the packing process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and maintain quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and implement improvements.
Develop and implement new packaging designs and processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
Analyze data to optimize packaging operations and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the building material industry.
Strong knowledge of cement and packaging processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols.
