Packing Machine Operator

KRI for Packing Machine Operator (FFS / Cup Filler / Collar Fixing / Video Jet Coding / Weighing)

1. FFS Machine Operation

• Operate FFS machine efficiently to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor machine parameters (speed, sealing temperature, alignment) continuously.
• Conduct start-up, shutdown, and cleaning checks as per SOP.
• Ensure minimal downtime and promptly report any operational issues.

2. Roll Changeover / Roll & Collar Fixing

• Perform roll changeover quickly and correctly to minimize production stoppage.
• Attach collars and guide rolls ensuring proper alignment and tension.
• Inspect packaging material for damage before and after installation.
• Maintain inventory of rolls and collars to ensure uninterrupted production.

3. Video Jet Coding / Printing

• Set batch codes, expiry dates, and other markings correctly.
• Ensure clear, legible prints on all packages.
• Monitor printing quality continuously and report issues immediately.

4. Weighing Accuracy Check

• Verify product weights meet specified tolerances (as per SOP).
• Perform periodic random checks for consistency.
• Stop production and report discrepancies exceeding allowable limits.

5. Handling 2–3 Lists / Batch Tracking

• Maintain accurate production records including material usage and output.
• Update daily log sheets promptly.
• Ensure correct labeling of all batches for traceability.

6. I Mark Setting / Adjustment

• Set guides or marks accurately to ensure proper sealing and package alignment.
• Adjust settings promptly in case of deviation.
• Verify settings before resuming full production.

7. General Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
• Conduct minor cleaning and preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Report breakdowns or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
