Packing Machine Operator

Role Overview: As a Packing Machine Operator specializing in FFS, Cup Filler, Collar Fixing, Video Jet Coding, and Weighing, your main responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of various packaging machines to meet daily production targets. You will be required to monitor machine parameters, conduct roll changeovers, perform Video Jet Coding, maintain weighing accuracy, handle batch tracking, and ensure proper package alignment through I Mark setting adjustments. Key Responsibilities: - Operate FFS machine efficiently to meet daily production targets. - Monitor machine parameters such as speed, sealing temperature, and alignment continuously. - Perform roll changeovers quickly and correctly to minimize production stoppage. - Set batch codes, expiry dates, and other markings correctly for Video Jet Coding. - Verify product weights meet specified tolerances and perform periodic random checks. - Maintain accurate production records including material usage and output. - Set guides or marks accurately for proper sealing and package alignment. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience operating FFS, Cup Filler, Collar Fixing, Video Jet Coding, and Weighing machines. - Knowledge of setting batch codes, expiry dates, and other markings accurately. - Ability to maintain accurate production records and perform weighing accuracy checks. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs for machine operation.
