Assemble medical implants and surgical instruments as per engineering drawings
and SOPs.
Ensure precise fitting and alignment of components using hand tools and fixtures.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections during and after assembly.
Follow cleanroom procedures and maintain hygienic work conditions.
Coordinate with design and quality teams for resolving assembly issues.
Maintain production logs, batch records, and traceability documents.
Identify and report non-conformities or deviations from standard assembly
procedures.
Participate in process improvement and 5S implementation at the workstation.
Ensure timely completion of daily assembly targets with quality compliance.
Support validation, packaging, and sterilization activities when required.
