Key Responsibilities: Process Management: Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations to ensure that all processes run efficiently. Develop, design, and implement manufacturing procedures that drive cost-effective production while minimizing waste. Technical Oversight: Monitor equipment performance and production lines, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
