Job Description

Position Title:

Role Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end MPBN network planning across PAN India to support business growth in PACO services. The role focuses on building a scalable and reliable network, managing capacity, controlling Capex, and ensuring performance, rollout, and governance of core networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Capacity planning for Packet Core, MPBN, BRAS, and TechLAN IP nodes.
Proactive traffic forecasting and planning as per business requirements.
Network design (HLD/LLD), rollout, version upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Implementation of PS/CS IP (MPBN) nodes and new business/network features.
Vendor/partner coordination and governance of core networks.
Capex control and performance management.

Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with IP nodes and PACO technologies.
Good understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and IP protocols.
Strong L1/L2 support and troubleshooting capabilities.
Familiarity with SDH protection switching.
Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
