Packaging Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations at our stationery & printing products manufacturing unit. The role requires team supervision, quality control, and coordination with production & dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packaging operations and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain quality standards and reduce packaging errors.
• Manage inventory of packaging materials.
• Train and guide packaging staff.
• Prepare packaging reports and coordinate with production & dispatch teams.
• Ensure compliance with company safety & quality standards.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Packaging / Printing / FMCG preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in packaging operations (preferably stationery / printing / FMCG).
• Knowledge of packaging materials & processes.

Pay: ₹9,843.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
