Job Description – Packaging Supervisor (Textile Industry – Home Furnishing Products)
Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2–3 years in Packaging Industry
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day packaging operations in the textile unit
Ensure proper packing of home furnishing products as per buyer requirements
Maintain packaging quality standards and minimize damages/rejections
Plan and allocate work to packaging staff for timely order completion
Monitor usage of packaging material and maintain proper records
Coordinate with production and dispatch departments for smooth workflow
Train and guide packaging team for efficiency and safety practice
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of packaging processes in textile/home furnishing industry
Ability to manage workforce and maintain discipline on shop floor
Good communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with focus on quality and timelines
