Job Title: Packaging Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Lal Sweets is a leading FMCG brand known for its authentic Indian sweets and snacks. We are committed to delivering high-quality products with innovative packaging solutions that ensure freshness and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective packaging solutions for various product categories.
Work closely with vendors for timely procurement and quality checks.
Ensure packaging materials meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to optimize packaging design and material usage.
Conduct trials and tests for new packaging formats and materials.
Maintain packaging documentation, specifications, and artwork approvals.
Identify and implement sustainable and eco-friendly packaging initiatives.
Handle troubleshooting and resolve packaging issues during production and dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging within the FMCG sector.
Understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in FMCG packaging.
Excellent vendor management and coordination skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Packaging Technology / Food Technology / Engineering or a related field.
