About The Role

Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.

Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.

Ability to analyze system performance and implement enhancements.

Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
