Job Description

Package Consultant-SAP HANA SCM PPQM

SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP PP & QM Hana modules.
Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP PP and QM modules.
Handle day-to-day support issues, including incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to production planning and quality processes.
Monitor and maintain master data relevant to PP and QM (e.g., BOMs, routings, inspection plans).
Support batch job monitoring, variant configuration issues, and production order processing.
Assist in integration scenarios with other modules such as MM, SD, and FICO.
Work with SAP technical team (ABAP) for debugging and implementing code fixes where necessary.
Conduct user training and create SOPs / training materials as needed.

Good to Have Skills.

SAP S/4HANA Certification(s)
Good Communication skills
