Job Title : Pace Master For a Fashion Brand – Eyini Run Club Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai (and nearby areas) Type: Weekend-based Brand: Eyini (Independent Fashion Brand) Start Date: July 2025 📝 Role Overview Eyini is launching a running club as part of our offline brand marketing in Chennai. We’re looking for a Pace Master — someone who enjoys running, knows how to bring people together, and can lead our weekend runs with energy and structure. This is not a technical coaching role — it’s more about consistency, communication, and community. ✅ Key Responsibilities * Lead 2–4 weekend runs per month (mornings between 6 AM – 9 AM) * Guide the group through basic warm-ups and cool-downs * Keep track of attendees and provide feedback after each session * Welcome and assist new runners to feel included * Maintain time, pace, and basic route structure during runs * Coordinate with Eyini’s team on photos, stories, and post-run updates * Help create a safe, respectful and positive environment for all women Requirements * Must live in or around Anna Nagar, Chennai * Should be available on weekend mornings * Comfortable managing a group of 10–20 people * Basic running/fitness experience preferred * Good communication skills and positive attitude * Reliable and consistent — shows up on time * Passion for community-building or women-led initiatives 💰 Compensation * Fixed per-session stipend * Eyini merchandise and other brand perks * Public exposure through our social content (if comfortable) Show more Show less
