1. Understand the P&I diagram and the functional requirement of the plant for Process and Conveyor. 2. Development of the Hardware design in E-Plan P8, Auto CAD, AutoCAD Electric for a complete Electrical System. 3. Selection of Motor starters for Fan, Pump, Conveyor etc. 4. Selection of power cable, control cable, communication cable etc. 5. Selection of VFD, PLC, Softstarter etc. 6. Making Electrical design in E-Plan P8, AutoCAD Electric and AutoCAD for any projects. 7. Train other engineers (internal/external) as and when required for Hardware Design and E-Plan P8, AutoCAD Electric . 8. Macro development in E-Plan P8, AutoCAD Electric. 9. PLC IO distribution, Panel Distribution, Network Diagram, DAP document preparation. 10. Co-ordination between Process Engineers, Software Engineers and Installation engineers for smooth working. 11. Delivery of drawings within scheduled time target. 12. Making asbuilt drawings within scheduled time after completion of manufacturing and commissioning. 13. Responsible to meet the time line for Hardware Design timeline. 14. Weekly reporting of work progress during development in desired format. Coordination with customers. 15. Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your immediate superior / DGM / GM. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering . 2. 3-5 years of experience in Hardware design with minimum 2-3 years of E-Plan, AutoCAD Electric and/or AutoCAD Electric experience . 3. Placement at Taikisha Gurgaon Office. 4. Understand P&I Diagram and function logic for Process. 5. Understand Conveyor Flow. 6. Knowledge in automation and body flow algorithm of Roller bed, EMS, I-Beam Conveyor, Power & Free Conveyor, Elevator etc. 7. Knowledge in E-Plan P8 and/or AutoCAD Electric its functionality is a must . 8. Knowledge of PLC, VFD and Softstarter selection of any make like Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi. 9. Knowledge in selection of Motors Starters combination for Conveyor, Fan, Pump etc. 10. Knowledge of selection of Power and control cable for motors, instrumentation, communication. 11. Knowledge in Electrical Calculation for Process Plants. 12. Must have good communication verbal / written skills. 13. Willing to work under pressure and meet key targets. 14. Possess adequate leadership. 15. Initiative Pro-active and works well with a minimum of guidance and supervision. 16. Oral Communication Articulate with the ability to converse at all levels within the organization as well as with inter-group personnel, customers and suppliers. 17. Installation & Commissioning: You will have to travel to sites in and around India, South East Asia, Africa, Middle east for Installation, Commissioning activities whenever necessary. Chemical engineering graduate with 8 10 years of experience in the required industry and good communications skills. OR Candidate with practical knowledge and good working experience in the relevant industry and good communications skills Since the work demands understanding of specific aspects of food& beverage, healthcare processes, candidate with relevant background may be preferred. Preference Position requires experience in process design, working knowledge of the beverage and healthcare industry and good understanding of project management. Experience working MS Project • • Understanding of project management techniques and procedures involved.
