Utilizing your extensive experience in overseas student counseling, you will ensure high satisfaction ratings by maintaining a thorough understanding of the study abroad domain in the UK. Your role will involve report and data management, aligning your performance with the organizational values, goals, and objectives. With 3-8+ years of relevant experience in the study abroad industry and in-depth domain knowledge of Europe, you will leverage your excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver on targets effectively. You will be expected to engage in customer-facing interactions, develop business plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes. Your ethical conduct and integrity will be crucial in representing the best interests of the business. Experience with CRM systems and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments will be advantageous. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
