About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Counsellor to guide students through the process of selecting and applying to international education programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of global education systems, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students seeking overseas education opportunities.
• Assist students in selecting suitable programs, universities, and countries based on their profile.
• Guide students through application processes, documentation, and visa requirements.
• Maintain updated knowledge on international education trends, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and international institutions.
• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops as required.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-up on leads.
• Meet monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of international education systems
• Ability to multitask and handle student queries professionally
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

• Female candidates only
• 2–5 years of experience in overseas counselling or a related field
• Pleasant personality with a student-first approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
