Outsystem Architect

As an OutSystems Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of applications using the OutSystems platform. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business needs. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of OutSystems developers, ensuring that best practices in coding, architecture, and security are followed. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner, conducting code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as an OutSystems Solutions Lead or in a similar role. Extensive expertise with the OutSystems platform, encompassing architecture, development, and deployment, is essential. A strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is required. Your leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills will be critical in effectively managing multiple projects and priorities. Additionally, possessing strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and OutSystems certification would be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include experience with other low-code/no-code platforms, knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs, and familiarity with database management systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.
