Outreach Executive

As an Outreach Executive at Elsner Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for extracting and managing leads, scheduling appointments with qualified prospects, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team. Your key responsibilities will include initiating and managing email communications with website owners to negotiate competitive prices for services/products, utilizing negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and pricing in agreements, learning to maintain and update a database of website owners and negotiation outcomes using our CRM system, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on outreach and negotiation activities using Microsoft Excel, assisting in preparing regular reports on outreach success rates, pricing negotiations, and other key metrics, collaborating closely with the internal team to support outreach strategies and achieve targets, and promptly following up and maintaining positive relationships with website owners to secure ongoing deals. For this role, we require you to have a Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. No prior experience is necessary, as we are looking for individuals with enthusiasm for learning and a strong interest in outreach and negotiation. Strong English writing skills with a keen eye for grammar and syntax, basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a willingness to develop advanced skills, and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous but not required. You should possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
