Role Description

This is a Part-time on-site role for an Outdoor Trainer located in New Delhi. The Outdoor Trainer will be responsible for conducting outdoor training sessions, developing and implementing training programs, engaging participants in various physical and team-building activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during activities. The role includes preparing training materials, evaluating the effectiveness of the programs, and providing constructive feedback to participants.

Qualifications

Experience in conducting outdoor training sessions and physical activities

Knowledge in developing and implementing training programs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage and motivate participants

First aid certification and safety management skills

Relevant experience in education or training sectors is a plus
