Outbound Telecaller

Banshi Professional and Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Telecallers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our professional services, and generating leads or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads provided or sourced
• Clearly explain our services and answer client questions
• Follow up with interested clients to schedule appointments or close leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client responses
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client onboarding

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduate preferred
• Language: Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English
• Experience: 0–2 years in outbound calling or sales (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and WhatsApp

Preferred Qualities:

• Energetic and target-driven
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Interest or background in legal or consulting services is a plus
