Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, retailers, or channel partners to promote SmartDukaan’s products and services.
• Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.
• Maintain customer database and record all call information accurately.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in outbound calling, telesales, or telemarketing (preferably in retail, telecom, or electronics sector).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Target-oriented and confident with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or calling tools).
