Responsibilities

• Create and refine

  email scripts

  that maximize replies and booked meetings.
• Build and optimize

  call scripts

  that engage and convert prospects.
• Monitor outbound flows (email + call) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into script and strategy improvements.
• Ensure outbound systems run consistently and deliver predictable results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with outcomes and client goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound lead generation, SDR/BDR work, or script optimization.
• Deep understanding of cold email and cold call best practices.
• Strong analytical skills comfortable reading performance metrics and spotting trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual package:
