As part of our expansion, we are looking for dedicated field sales professionals to join our Chennai team.

Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and proactive Outbound Sales Executives for Chennai.
This role is entirely field-based and involves identifying potential distributors, dealers, and retailers for Hagg Foods’ beverage range.Candidates who enjoy travelling, exploring markets, and building strong business relationships will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel within Chennai city and surrounding areas to identify distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Generate leads through direct field visits, local networking, and market observation.
  • Visit shops, stalls, delivery routes, and market clusters to identify potential sales points.
  • Promote and explain Hagg Foods' products, highlighting nutritional value and market potential.
  • Maintain daily records including leads, visits, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets assigned by the regional manager.
  • Collect and report market feedback from distributors, retailers, and consumers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat sales and network growth.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience can apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within Chennai.
  • Knowledge of Chennai routes, local markets, and trade areas is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.
