Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OT Nurse with 23 years of experience to assist in surgical procedures, maintain aseptic conditions, and provide high-quality patient care during pre, intra, and post-operative phases.

Prepare and maintain OT before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons during operations with instruments and sterile supplies.
Monitor and ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized.
Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient care.
Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
Assist in patient positioning and anesthesia procedures.
Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate care as needed.
Communicate effectively with surgical teams and other staff.
Participate in training, audits, and continuous quality improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid nursing registration.
23 years of experience in OT/Nursing roles.
Sound knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization, and patient care protocols.

Strong communication skills
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
