Job Summary

Functional Engineers

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Act as SME in OTM/TMS processes (order management, shipment planning, freight payment, visibility, carrier selection).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document transportation requirements.
Translate requirements into
functional specifications and configurations
.
Support
implementation, UAT, and go-live
activities.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Work with technical teams on
OTM/TMS integrations
with ERP/WMS/other systems.
Provide
training and support
to business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
8+ years functional OTM/TMS experience.
Strong knowledge of
transportation/logistics best practices
.
Skilled in
requirements gathering, process mapping, functional configuration
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management, transportation compliance.
Familiarity with OTM/TMS analytics & reporting.
Agile project experience.
