This full-time hybrid position, based in Bengaluru with the flexibility for some hybrid work across India, requires you to engage in day-to-day activities such as collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing business needs, configuring OTM systems, and providing training and assistance to users. Your adeptness and proficiency in this role will significantly contribute to project success and overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 12 years of relevant experience and demonstrate expertise in implementing Oracle Transportation Management solutions. Proficiency in XML, XPATH, XQUERY, JASON, coupled with a robust understanding of transportation and logistics processes, is essential. The role also demands proficiency in customizing and configuring OTM modules, adeptness in comprehending complex business requirements, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a prerequisite, while certification in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and familiarity with other Oracle Supply Chain Management modules are considered advantageous.
