Based in Hyderabad, this on-site role will involve preparing operating rooms, ensuring a sterile environment, assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining medical equipment, and closely collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure guest care and safety. The OT Technician will be an integral part of providing an exceptional healthcare experience.

Qualifications

Relevant certifications or training in OT technology or a related healthcare field

Roles and Responsibilities

Proficiency in operating room preparation, sterilization techniques, and equipment maintenance
Knowledge of surgical procedures and experience assisting medical professionals during operations
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
Effective communication and teamwork skills, along with a patient-first mindset
Prior experience in the healthcare sector
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments
Patient monitoring during pre-operative and Post-operative phase
Experience in urology, Open surgery, LAP surgery, Vascular Surgery and Ortho surgery
Experience in CSSD
