Job Description

As an OT & Anesthesia Technician, your role involves preparing and maintaining sterile environments in the operating room, assisting surgeons by handling instruments and equipment during procedures, and managing surgical equipment while monitoring supply levels. You will be expected to adhere to infection control protocols, maintain accurate records, and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery and coordinate with surgical and medical teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain sterile environments in the operating room - Assist surgeons by handling instruments and equipment during procedures - Manage and set up surgical equipment and monitor supply levels - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain accurate records - Troubleshoot and address equipment issues to ensure smooth operations - Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery - Coordinate with surgical and medical teams to ensure efficient workflow and communication Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B.Sc. in OT & Anesthesia Technician - 1 year of total work experience preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for a yearly bonus.
