Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OT Technician located in Shamli. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining operating room equipment, assisting surgeons and nurses during surgeries, sterilizing instruments, ensuring proper handling and disposal of medical waste, and maintaining a clean and safe environment within the operating room. The OT Technician will also be responsible for managing surgical supplies, assisting in postoperative recovery, and adhering to hospital safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with operating room equipment management and instrument sterilization
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to handle stressful and emergency situations calmly
• Physical stamina to assist during long surgeries
• Relevant certification or diploma in OT Technology or related field
