OT Incharge

You will be joining Krishna Life Care Hospital as an OT Incharge where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the operating theatre. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing surgical schedules effectively - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols - Coordinating with surgical staff for smooth functioning - Maintaining equipment and managing inventory efficiently - Ensuring the sterility of the operating environment - Providing support during surgical procedures Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in operating theatre management and surgical scheduling - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols - Skills in team coordination and staff management - Ability to maintain equipment and manage inventory - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently under pressure - Bachelor's degree or diploma in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in a similar role in a hospital setting is a plus,
