Job Description

As a Sales Professional at Medtronic, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Orthopedic Trauma Implants such as nails, plates, screws, and bone grafts to Orthopedic Surgeons. Additionally, you will provide operation theater application support and outstation working will be mandatory in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. - Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. - Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services. - Establish education of the company's products and services. - Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities. - Implement market development plans/strategies and make changes as needed. - Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders. - Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and be willing to travel extensively. - Ideally have experience in handling a Concept selling based Therapy. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Science or BE in Biomedical Engineering. - 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. - PG degree in Business Management is preferred. - Candidates with the highest qualification as Diploma or degree from Distance education will not be considered for the role. Nice to Have: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-starter with a high level of initiative. - Entrepreneurial drive, innovative, and ideating nature. - Strong analytical ability during customer/patient calls.
