You will be joining Om Indu Hospital, Dhankot, a 10-year-old charity-oriented healthcare facility, as an Orthopedic Doctor on an OPD-only basis. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and injuries in patients visiting the OPD. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments of orthopedic OPD patients. - Diagnose and treat bone, joint, and muscle disorders, including fractures, arthritis, and sports injuries. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication, therapy, and lifestyle guidance. - Recommend and perform minor non-surgical procedures as necessary. - Guide patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall musculoskeletal health. - Work closely with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic orthopedic care. - Participate in case discussions and team meetings to optimize patient outcomes. - Refer patients for advanced imaging, physiotherapy, or surgical intervention when required. **Patient Advocacy:** - Maintain a patient-friendly and empathetic approach to care. - Educate patients about their orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. - Encourage an active and healthy lifestyle for better musculoskeletal health. **Qualifications:** - MBBS/MS (Orthopedics) from a recognized medical college/university. - Valid State Medical License to practice as an Orthopedic Doctor. - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in orthopedic medicine. - Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities. - Compassionate approach toward patient care and treatment. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare setting. **Experience:** - Previous experience as an Orthopedic Doctor is preferred but not mandatory. - Fresh graduates with a passion for orthopedic care are welcome to apply.
