Pediatrician (MBBS/MD) - OPD Only

As a Pediatrician at Om Indu Hospital, Dhankot, a leading charity-oriented healthcare facility, your primary responsibility will be to provide dedicated care to infants, children, and adolescents in the outpatient department. You will be expected to conduct thorough medical evaluations, diagnose and treat childhood illnesses, and develop tailored treatment plans. Your role will also involve providing preventive care, vaccinations, and growth monitoring while offering guidance to parents on child nutrition, hygiene, and overall well-being. Collaboration and teamwork are essential aspects of this position, as you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive pediatric care. Your participation in team meetings and discussions will be crucial in enhancing patient outcomes, and you may need to coordinate with specialists for further care when required. As a patient advocate, you are expected to maintain a child-friendly and compassionate approach to patient care. Educating parents on best practices for child health, disease prevention, and encouraging family involvement in treatment plans are integral parts of your role. To qualify for this position, you must hold an MBBS/MD in Pediatrics from a recognized medical college/university and possess a valid State Medical License to practice as a Pediatrician. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills specific to pediatrics, excellent communication skills, compassion, empathy for young patients and their families, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment are essential. While previous experience as a Pediatrician is preferred, fresh graduates passionate about child healthcare are encouraged to apply.
