General Physician (MBBS) - OPD Only- Part time

As a General Physician (MBBS) at Om Indu Hospital, Dhankot, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing quality and compassionate medical care to our local community on an OPD-only basis. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver primary healthcare services to patients of all age groups. In terms of Patient Care, you will be expected to conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of OPD patients, diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs, and provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling. Collaboration and Teamwork are vital aspects of this role as you will work closely with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participation in team meetings and case discussions to optimize treatment outcomes and referring patients for specialized care when necessary are also part of your responsibilities. Patient Advocacy is another key area where you will be required to maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care, educate patients about their health conditions and preventive measures, and encourage them to take an active role in their healthcare decisions. To qualify for this role, you must have an MBBS from a recognized medical college/university, a valid State Medical License to practice as a General Physician, strong clinical and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and patient-handling abilities, a compassionate approach towards patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. While previous experience as a General Physician is preferred, it is not mandatory.
