As an Orthopedic Doctor at LN Memorial Shivam Ortho & General Hospital, you will be part of a trusted healthcare facility in Churu, Rajasthan, dedicated to providing comprehensive orthopedic and general medical care to the community. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and diseases, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient consultations, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to diagnose orthopedic conditions. - Interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs for diagnosis and treatment planning. - Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic issues. - Perform orthopedic surgical procedures and manage fractures through conservative methods and surgical interventions. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including pain management and rehabilitation planning. - Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures. - Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate effectively with other medical staff. - Participate in hospital meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education activities. - Adhere to hospital policies, medical ethics, and legal regulations. - Contribute to a positive working environment. Qualifications and Skills: - MBBS degree and a postgraduate degree/diploma in Orthopedics from a recognized institution. - Valid medical license to practice in Rajasthan/India. - 1-2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting. - Expertise in fracture management, casting, splinting, and X-ray interpretation. - Surgical skills appropriate for the experience level. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality. - Basic computer literacy for maintaining electronic medical records.
