Role Description SHYONAA is seeking a sharp and experienced ORM Specialist to manage and enhance the digital presence of our clients across platforms like Google, Reddit, forums, review sites, and blogs . You will play a critical role in building trust, suppressing negativity, and driving a positive narrative across all digital channels . Monitor and manage Google Reviews , including response strategy, content creation, flagging, and removal processes. Strategically engage with and manage Reddit threads , online forums, and discussion platforms to influence sentiment and perception. Handle content suppression , reputation repair, and proactive online visibility techniques. Identify and execute strategies for removal of negative links, articles, or outdated content from search results. Collaborate with internal content teams to push positive PR, blogs, and SEO-friendly material . Use ORM tools or manual tracking to monitor brand mentions, sentiment shifts, and threats. REQUIREMENT : Proven experience in ORM, digital PR, or content suppression Hands-on experience with Google Reviews , including creation, optimization, and takedown strategies Exposure to Reddit content manipulation/monitoring or similar platforms Strong understanding of SEO, reputation repair frameworks, and content management Ability to work discreetly and strategically under tight timelines Show more Show less
