Position Overview Position Title: Organizational Effectiveness Lead Location: Bengaluru, India Scope: Are you passionate about shaping the future of our workplace and aligning people strategies to business outcomes? If yes, read on. We are looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Lead, to be part of the People and Culture team.The Org Effectiveness team is a center of excellence within the People & Culture team, which caters to internal customers. In this role, you will get an opportunity to design future people practices for Quest Global, work collaboratively with Questians globally, learn the nuances of how to create minimal viable solutions and iterate and deliver a global world class experience. You will get an opportunity to build internal and external networks, and apply diverse perspectives that would go into design of new practices. Key Responsibilities: Design Future-Ready People Practices – Work with the Head of OE , People and Culture team and Senior leaders at Quest Global to design and implement any one or more of practices such as the integrated career model, role architecture , org design and new practices for performance management. Apply Change Management and Systems Thinking principles – Being a center of excellence, this role would require the role holder to delve into the principles or organizational design and systems thinking, to look at upstream and downstream impact of practices. Navigate Ambiguity & Drive Change – Thrive in an aspirational and high growth workplace and connect the dots between business strategy and workforce capabilities. Leverage Data & Insights – Analyze data to help zone in on what are the top areas to be addressed in the selected areas of focus. Influence & Collaborate Across Networks – Engage internal and external stakeholders to bring fresh thinking and innovative solutions. Think global – Design new practices keeping global nuances and compliances in mind. Collaborate with team members across different countries and cultures. Work Experience Candidate Profile: A total of 7 to 12 years in a Human resources function. Prior experience in a business role is a big plus. Must have experience of at least 2 years in an Organizational development or Organizational effectiveness role in the past. Loves to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Work actively towards problem identification and channelize ideas. Should have been part of the design and implementation team of any 1 or more organization wide roll out of practices such as: career pathing and competencies, performance management, global policies and systems. Comfort with data analysis in research, which is a key skill prior to initiating process design Must have experience in change management techniques, and interacting with stakeholders at all levels Good facilitation skills and possess foundational skills to design workshops Strong appreciation and understanding of the Engineering Services/ Digital transformation , and how we go to market and deliver to customers Skills and Qualifications An effective communicator with strong verbal and writing skills Has a strong business appreciation and passion to learn from diverse sources. Strong data crunching and analytical ability to look at disparate data sources and stitch a story. Have the dual ability to strategize and execute seamlessly. Diligent in managing multiple priorities. Understands the nuances of working in an enterprise and mindful of how people systems and processes are interlinked. Always maintain integrity, on data and accessibility. Knowledge and interest to leverage tools to design effectively Must have a Management degree in Human Resources (full time program) Education Master’s degree in human resources from a reputed college Personality Traits Desired Self Starter Collaborative Humble Hungry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Entrepreneurial and Aspirational mindset Global mindset Team player
