Role & responsibilities In case of organ donation: Must do extra hours. Coordinate interaction between ICU / treating doctors and relatives, ICU donor management under the guidance of ICU staff/ Transplant Team, liase with physicians in charge of recipients, admission of recipients, schedule OTs for surgery, coordinate sharing of organs between teams intra hospital and with other institutions. Ensure timely, smooth and respectful return of body to relatives (including case where body is shifted to another centre of PM), and smoothen the bill clearing etc. with authorisation from HMS.
