Job Description

Location: Surat, Gujarat (In-person).

Salary: ₹43,000 – ₹53,000/month (gross).

Schedule: 5-day workweek | Overnight shift aligned with U.S. hours (start between 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST).

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible person to manage orders and talk with vendors. You will make sure products are delivered on time, with good quality, and that all records are correct.

Main Responsibilities:

Process and track orders from start to finish.
Talk with vendors about order details and delivery dates.
Keep records of orders, invoices, and payments.
Check the quality of goods received.
Solve problems quickly and report to the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field.
Experience in order management, supply chain, or vendor work.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
