Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Capgemini, you will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team, and deliver a high quality and cost-effective service. You will be proactive in ensuring the delivery of a customer-focused service to clients. You will have a good understanding of the business context for the analyzed data and can draw insights and make relevant recommendations with coaching. Your individual performance (efficiency and effectiveness) will impact the performance of the overall engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Have good knowledge of the process, policies, and desktop procedures within your engagement. - Possess good knowledge of the Client business area you support. - Display a developing understanding of Capgemini, the way of doing business, the technologies involved, and operational processes & procedures recommended. - Identify simple ideas that add value to day-to-day operations or tasks and make improvements to processes within your own area of remit. - Have an excellent command of the functionalities of the technology used for the delivery of services in the specific client context. - Have a general knowledge of CG Platforms approach and the Automation Drive Suit. - Be familiar with standard analysis tools/techniques. - Understand KPI measures and their basic impact on profitability. Qualifications Required: - Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and maintain attention to detail in all aspects of daily tasks. - Ensure that the daily activities within your responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets. - Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and manage all internal controls on documents. - Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
