Order Processor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

COMPANY BUDGET- 5-6 LPA

• Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
• 2-5years of experience in Order Processing / Sales Support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (knowledge of SAP HANA will be an added advantage).

Key responsibilities:-

1. Order Processing:

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely order booking.
• Coordinate with

  internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance)

  for smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues to meet delivery deadlines.

2. New Customer Registration:

• Handle new customer creation in SAP as per company guidelines.
• Verify and validate customer details and coordinate with relevant teams for approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date customer master data in the system.

3. Handling of Credit & Debit Notes:

• Process customer credit and debit notes accurately in SAP.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Sales Teams for timely issuance.

4. Preparation of MIS Reports:

• Prepare

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  related to order processing, pending orders, dispatches, and customer accounts.
• Provide accurate data analysis to support management decisions.
• Maintain records and share regular updates with stakeholders.

5. SAP Proficiency:

• Operate SAP (preferably SAP HANA) efficiently for all sales & distribution activities.
• Ensure all entries and transactions are compliant and updated in real time.
• Support the team in any SAP-related troubleshooting for order processing tasks.
