Role Description Order entry and accuracy: Receive and process customer orders from various ustomers with high accuracy. Inventory management: Check inventory and communicate any stock shortages to the relevant departments. Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with suppliers/customers and logistics teams to schedule and track shipments and with the sales team to confirm order details and provide updates. Customer service: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery, and returns. Resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner. Documentation and record-keeping: Helping manufacturer or self-creating shipping documents, invoices, E-waybill and packing slips. Maintain accurate records of all orders and transactions. Payment processing: Some roles may involve processing and/or following up payments or coordinating with the finance department on billing issues.
