Job Description

Position: Order Processing Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Industry: E-commerce
Gender: Male

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily e-commerce order processing and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Update order status in the system and maintain accurate records.
  • Check stock availability and process customer returns or replacements.
  • Communicate with customers or internal teams regarding order status.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce order processing.
  • Good knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
