Order Processing & Support Executive

Billing & Order Processing

• Work on internal software to generate sales invoices, billing notes, and credit memos.
• Track order dispatch, shipping status, and update customers accordingly.

Customer Communication

• Respond to B2B and offline customer emails related to:
• Pricing and availability of titles/products
• Discounts, offers, and terms of sale
• Order status, delivery timelines, and logistics
• Follow up with internal teams (dispatch/accounts) to resolve queries efficiently.

Excel & Data Management

• Maintain and regularly update Excel-based price lists, order reports, and customer databases.
• Generate and share reports for trade partners, sales teams, and management as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data sorting, and formula-based analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (for email handling).
• Experience with billing/invoicing software is a plus.
• Prior experience in publishing, trading, or distribution companies preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
