As an Order Entry & Supply Chain Analyst, your role will involve managing customer orders accurately, ensuring seamless order processing, and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for tasks such as accurately entering and processing customer purchase orders into the ERP/CRM system, validating order details, tracking order status, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with procurement and production teams, collaborating with logistics partners for shipment planning, and ensuring compliance with internal policies, contracts, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - *Order Management* - Accurately enter and process customer purchase orders into the ERP/CRM system. - Validate order details (pricing, terms, product availability, delivery schedules). - Track order status and ensure timely fulfillment. - *Supply Chain Support* - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams. - Collaborate with logistics partners for shipment planning and execution. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and customer requirements. - *Analysis & Reporting* - Prepare regular reports on order volumes, fulfillment performance, and supply chain metrics. - Identify gaps, delays, and inefficiencies; recommend process improvements. - Assist in demand forecasting and planning. - *Customer & Stakeholder Communication* - Act as a point of contact for order-related queries and updates. - Liaise with sales, warehouse, finance, and vendors to resolve issues. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. - 3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics roles. - Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite preferred). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. This is a full-time position with the work location being in person.
