Order Entry and Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Entry & Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. As an Order Entry & Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately managing customer orders, ensuring smooth order processing, and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes overseeing inventory, logistics, and coordinating with vendors. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy in data handling. Your responsibilities will include accurately entering and processing customer purchase orders into the ERP/CRM system, validating order details such as pricing, terms, product availability, and delivery schedules. You will be tracking order status to ensure timely fulfillment. In terms of supply chain support, you will monitor inventory levels, collaborate with procurement and production teams, and work closely with logistics partners for shipment planning and execution. Compliance with internal policies, contracts, and customer requirements will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing regular reports on order volumes, fulfillment performance, and supply chain metrics. By identifying gaps, delays, and inefficiencies, you will recommend process improvements and assist in demand forecasting and planning. As the main point of contact for order-related queries and updates, you will liaise with sales, warehouse, finance, and vendors to resolve any issues that may arise. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite preferred) is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, excellent communication and coordination skills, and an analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
