Order Entry Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Billing

• Enter and review sales orders in Salesforce and reconcile with executed contracts.
• Validate contract details such as pricing, discounting, and billing terms for accuracy.
• Generate invoices according to billing schedules in Stripe and NetSuite.
• Process approved credit memos and refunds.
• Assist with billing close cycles by preparing reconciliations and ensuring invoice accuracy.

Collections & Accounts Receivable

• Track AR aging and flag overdue invoices for follow-up.
• Reconcile billing and payments from partners and APIs.
• Provide data inputs for cash collection and inflow reporting.

Reconciliations & Reporting

• Support ARR-to-billing-to-revenue reconciliations.
• Maintain reporting on revenue forecast vs. actuals to support Finance and RevOps.
• Assist with margin, churn, and contract reporting as needed.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses to support Finance or RevOps requests.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Finance, RevOps, and Sales teams to resolve order entry and billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with standard policies and controls (e.g., discount validation, revenue recognition rules).
• Support ongoing documentation of order entry and billing processes.

Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in order entry, billing, finance operations, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, or other CRM/ERP/billing tools (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with contracts and financial data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
• Good communication skills to collaborate across teams.
