Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Delivery Executive to manage and ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.

This role involves coordinating with publishers, tracking order progress, handling delays or rejections, and maintaining high-quality communication throughout the delivery cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage active orders on the portal.
• Coordinate with publishers to ensure timely content publication.
• Follow up on delayed or rejected orders and suggest suitable replacements.
• Update order status and documentation as per SOP.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
