Job Description

You should have knowledge of DFF/Fusion Fast Formula and be familiar with Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence. It is essential to have experience in BI/OTBI Reports as well as in Development, Configuration, solutions evaluation, Validation, and deployment. Your primary skills should include Oracle Human Capital Management->Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (Oracle Fusion HCM) both functionally and technically. As an Infoscion, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team by actively assisting in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be responsible for exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through research, building POCs, creating requirement specifications, defining processes, and detailed functional designs based on business needs. Your role will involve supporting the configuration of solution requirements, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives. Additionally, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Your ability to work with clients to identify business challenges, refine, analyze, and structure relevant data, stay updated on the latest technologies and trends, think logically, solve problems, collaborate effectively, assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions is crucial.
