Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Role Overview:
The surgeon will play a key role in providing advanced surgical care to patients, with a primary focus on implantology and oral surgery procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in placing a wide range of dental implants – from simple to complex cases – and will be able to plan, consult, and execute treatments with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive implant-specific consultations, including treatment planning and case discussions with patients.
• Perform implant placement procedures across varying levels of complexity, including single-tooth implants, full-arch restorations, immediate implants, and challenging bone/soft tissue cases.
• Execute a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including minor oral surgeries such as surgical extractions, biopsies, cyst enucleations, frenectomies, etc.
• Collaborate with the in-house dental team to ensure seamless patient care and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to sterilization, safety, and clinical protocols.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures, recovery, and long-term implant maintenance.

Requirements:

• MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (or equivalent specialization).
• Strong clinical expertise and proven experience as an Oral Implantologist.
• Proficiency in handling a variety of implant systems and surgical situations.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and patient consultation skills.
• Commitment to patient comfort, precision, and high-quality care.
• Availability for part-time association at our Mohali practice.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
